Laia Grabulosa Descals

Graduated in Social Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, she has developed her professional career in the Third Sector and the Social Economy, both in the field of research and in the management of representative organizations such as the Confederation of the Social Third Sector of Catalonia, where she has served as director for the past 13 years.

Passionate about social initiative and the ability to generate collective responses to citizens’ needs, her career is closely linked to the strengthening, support, and coordination of the non-profit sector that provides care for people in situations of or at risk of social exclusion.
