Llicenciat en Pedagogia per la UAB i màster en Formació de Persones Adultes. Ha exercit com a tècnic de projectes a diferents entitats, principalment en infància en risc, on ha desenvolupat tasques molt diverses com la intervenció educativa, la gestió de projectes, el lideratge d'equips i la recerca de finançament.
