Ona Lucea

Education

I hold a diploma in Psychology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a postgraduate degree in brief systemic therapy. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Child and Youth Psychology to further deepen my knowledge and practice in this field.

Experience

With over six years of experience in the leisure and educational sector, I have worked directly with children and young people, which has allowed me to develop a comprehensive and inclusive perspective of this group. My passion for education began as a youth leader in a scout group in Gràcia, and from there I have expanded my professional trajectory.

In recent years, I have gained experience in the social sector, working as a workshop leader and educator in several open centers, and later as a facilitator in the Math Tutoring Project at the Bofill Foundation. I believe the education sector is essential for addressing social inequalities, and I advocate for an inclusive and transformative approach that helps build a fairer society.
