Director of Fundació Tot Raval. Òscar Esteban Pagan holds a bachelor’s degree in Political and Administration Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and has studied Direction of Non-Governmental Organisations.
His professional career has been in organisations of the social, educational and community action spheres, and he has been the director of the Federation of Mothers and Fathers of Students of Catalonia (FaPaC) and of the Fundació Escolta Josep Carol. Indeed, Òscar Esteban has actively participated in the scout movement as well as in juvenile associationism.
