Head of Projects and Summer Policies, Education 360

Education

I hold a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology and a Master’s in Anthropology and Ethnography from the Universitat de Barcelona. I have also completed a Master’s in Models and Strategies for Social and Educational Action in Childhood and Adolescence at the Pere Tarrés Faculty of Social Education and Social Work – Universitat Ramon Llull.

Experience

I have developed my professional career at the intersection of education, public policy, and applied social research, with a strong commitment to equal opportunities, social justice, and educational transformation.

I joined the Bofill Foundation in September 2023 as a qualitative evaluation officer for the Educational Support programs Math Tutoring and Lecxit. Since March 2024, I have served as Head of Projects and Knowledge Management at the Education 360 Alliance, where I drive strategies and initiatives to ensure that all children and adolescents have access to out-of-school educational opportunities throughout the year, especially during the summer months.

I have worked as a consultant at D-CAS, conducting public policy evaluations, social science research, and supporting local administrations in the fields of childhood and education. I have also been a collaborating researcher at the Pere Tarrés Faculty, focusing on studies of life transitions and socio-educational support.

Previously, I worked for more than sixteen years as an educator in diverse educational settings and contexts: from supporting inclusion in schools to non-formal education and family spaces, gaining extensive and varied experience in direct work with children, adolescents, and families.
