The Futures of Education forum is a group of schools, and those linked to them, that wanted to contribute collectively to the global debate on the Futures of Education promoted by UNESCO, which, over two years (20/21), aims to reimagine how knowledge and learning can shape the future of humanity and the planet, and what type of education is needed.
Marta Pujadó
With a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Marta Pujadó has completed a master’s degree in Teacher Training at the Autonomous University of Catalonia (UAB) and a post-graduate degree in Education Resources, Materials and Projects for Development at the University of Barcelona (UB).
She has experience in teacher training and educational transformation, and has been the Training director at the Empieza por Educar (Begin by Educating) Foundation and as a teacher trainer at the organisation Enseña por México (Teach for Mexico).
She describes herself as an ex-mathematician reconverted to the educational sector. She firmly believes that education is the key to building a society that will be capable of adapting itself to a changing world and the key to learning how to transform this world.
She was the Training coordinator of the programme Escola Nova 21 (New School 21).
