Oriol Homs

An international expert on local policies, vocational training and employment, Oriol Homs was the founder of the CIREM Foundation and was the director of that organisation from 1989 to 2013. He has also been the director of the Hope Observatory of the Ajuda i Esperança (Help and Hope) foundation. He has published numerous studies and articles in national and international media on qualification, employment, local development and social policies. He regularly collaborates as an expert with international bodies, universities, and government agencies in several countries of Europe, Latin America and Africa.

He recently published the book El futur professional dels joves. Parlem-ne (The Professional Future of Young People. Let’s Talk about It.).
