Carme Fenoll Clarabuch

A graduate in Library Science and Documentation from the University of Barcelona (UB) and holder of a master’s degree in Documentation from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), Carme Fenoll Clarabuch obtained two post-graduate degrees in Documentation and a master’s degree in Cultural Management. Between April of 2012 and April of 2017, she was the head of the Government of Catalonia’s Library Service. She is a tutor in the Documentation study programme at the UOC. Her career has been closely linked to public libraries and she has been the director of the Palafrugell Library. Since January of 2018, she has been the head of the Rector’s Office at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).

She discovered at an early age that libraries can change people’s lives and she is always eager to join projects that promote this process, above all in the educational and cultural fields.
