Miquel Àngel Alegre

Miquel Àngel Alegre

Doctor in Sociology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He has worked as an analyst at the Institut Català d’Avaluació de Polítiques Públiques, coordinating evaluations of educational, social and labour policies and programmes. He was previously a Ramón y Cajal researcher and director of the Education and Equity Research Group at the Institute of Government and Public Policy, where he led and participated in research projects on educational policy and inequality.

As project manager at the Fundació Bofill, he is responsible for the initiatives to analyse, reflect on and mobilise an agenda of educational policies in favour of equity.
